El Lago Boat Ramp

The Board of Directors, without approval from the Association membership, decided to LEVY an outrageous $216,000.00 for the repair or Replacement of the boat ramp. The blue link here will provide some information on the different types and costs of bulkheads available.

It should be noted that the actions of the Board are unlawful, as we, the membership, have a final say in the  decision of what and how much WE will pay, not the Board.
